Refund/Return Policy for Unikartio

At Unikartio, we strive to provide high-quality personalized products. Since our items are made specifically to your requirements, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in cases where the product arrives damaged or defective.
1. No Refunds for Personalized Products
Due to the unique nature of our products, all sales are final. Once an order is placed and personalized, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. We encourage customers to carefully review their customization details before placing the order to ensure accuracy.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or contains defects, we will gladly offer a replacement under the following conditions:
- You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item.
- You are required to provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
- Contact us at support@unikartio.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Once we review and approve your claim, we will arrange for a replacement product to be sent to you. Please note that we only offer replacements and do not provide refunds.
3. Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item or the wrong customization, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will review your claim and send a replacement product if the mistake was on our end.
4. Return Shipping for Defective Items
If your product is damaged or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact our customer service team to receive instructions on how to return the defective product, if necessary.
