We ship internationally, with shipping fees and delivery times varying based on the destination. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

5. No Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in cases where the product arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@unikartio.de, and we will arrange a replacement.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged or contains a defect, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt by emailing info@unikartio.de with photos of the damage or defect. We will review the claim and arrange for a replacement if necessary.

7. Use of Website

By using our website, you agree:
